If you are outside of Canada, please contact us to place an order. If we cannot sell products to you, we may be able to connect you with someone in your country that can.
Your order will be shipped within two business days in either a 100% recyclable mailer bag or a cardboard box with Canada Post from Toronto. All orders will be delivered to the address provided. Canada Post may provide you with a "card for pick-up" from your local post office if for some reason you are unable to accept your package. This is to ensure that your order arrives safe and sound. You will be emailed a tracking number once the order is processed.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We hope you love all of the products that we sell as much as we do. In the event that you would like to request a return, we ask that you contact us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. If the product arrives damaged or defective, please let us know in your email. We cannot accept returns that are intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards and some health and personal care items.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
