Shipping and Returns

A note on conscious consumerism.

Please read our return policy carefully. In order to encourage thoughtful purchasing, we do not offer "free shipping, free returns." Shipping is free over $100. And while we do take returns, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. 

Before you purchase, if you would like some guidance we are very happy to help! Need to know which product might work best for your home? Your child's age? The high chair you have? Please reach out and we are happy to make sure you select the right item. 

This "buy now, think about it later" culture has devastating impacts on the environment. Not just with the carbon footprint from e-commerce. 

When you shop on online marketplaces, or in Big Box retail, up to 98% of the time your returns go straight to landfill, It costs them more to unbox, inspect, process and restock. They also receive a tax write off for that return. 

In the unlikely event that we do get a return, we either resell it, donate it, recycle or properly dispose of it. 

So if you are shopping with the "if I don't like it, I'll return it" mentality, you should be aware of the impact of your choices.

And to help encourage mindful purchasing we only exchange items if they are defective or damaged, or in the original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. 

We cannot accept returns that are intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards and some health and personal care items.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.


Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped within two business days in either a 100% recyclable or compostable mailer bag or a recycled cardboard box. Orders ship with Canada Post from Toronto.  All orders will be delivered to the address provided. Canada Post may provide you with a "card for pick-up" from your local post office if for some reason you are unable to accept your package. This is to ensure that your order arrives safe and sound.  You will be emailed a tracking number once the order is processed.
